Hello there,
we have the following challenge: we are a small team and I manage the team’s accesses. I have reorganised the file structure in our Clause9 account and we now mainly work with the groups (e.g. for contracts, for pleadings, for processes, etc.).
My team initially didn’t have access to these folders, but now they do. At the top level, I have created an Inbox folder that collects all documents (unsorted) created by anonymous users (via the Q&A).
Unfortunately, the other members of my team can neither see the contents of this folder nor the ‘message’ in the inbox that we have created on our customised homepage. Only I can see both.
Where do I have to start so that my team also has the right to see these items?
