Add Option to Define a clause as a preamble of a document

Hi,
Please consider adding an option to mark a clause as a preamble of a document. The reason this can be very beneficial is that sometimes terms are defined in the preamble and currently the definitions section cannot link to it as the preamble clause is never numbered.
