Bulk Generation

I am attempting to generate multiple documents from an excel sheet using the Help instructions for “Bulk generation of documents.”

Unfortunately, when I navigate to the datafields tab the bulk button is not present. I checked the settings in my admin account and do not see a “bulk” permission to assign. I have activated all bulk and batch permissions on my account using the admin account.

I still am unable to find either a bulk button in the datafields tab or an option in the batch operations to download a spreadsheet. Please advise.

This feature is formally part of our API, and is therefore limited to customers with an “Enterprise” subscription. I have temporarily activated this for your account, so you can continue experimenting with it, but please get in contact with my colleague Senne for further discussion.

I did not realize this was for API only customers. Thank you for the clarification.
