I noticed that if you select in the entity database a legal entity from the Dutch company register, it only shares the legal entity name (which includes the legal form). I assume that this is due to restrictions by the Dutch company register and does not have anything to do with how I used this function in Clause9?
Unfortunately, we have very little control over the company register — we use a centralised third party tool for it. Specifically for Germany and the Netherlands, we have received complaints from other customers, so we are in the process of looking for alternatives, and may even consider directly interfacing with the national registries.
But no decisions has been taken yet. In the meantime, we try to manage expectations from end-users…
