I’m new to ClauseBase and a question that pops to mind is whether or not an internal cross-reference created in ClauseBase is retained when exported to Word. I ask this question because there may be changes to the agreement after export in Word. It would be nice if the Word cross-referencing function takes over at that stage. I could probably figure this out myself with an actual export but I am not yet at that stage of my testing.

The cross-reference is indeed retained when you export to MS Word.
It will still be able to refer you to the correct clause by clicking on it and if you move a cross-referenced clause to a different location and update the reference, it will refer to the new location of the clause.
