I have a question, when creating links to a definition in a clause, you eventually get “shall have the meaning” pointer in the definition list.
Can I some how do the same for the recitals (sometimes terms are defined there) and get something like “shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto” automatically?

You can get pretty close to that by using integrated definitions — see Create a definition | Clause9
Essentially, you set a “definition for” link in some clause positioned under the Recitals. Then you want to make sure that the Recitals are not numbered, otherwise the definition list would link to it with its number (e.g. “article 1”) instead of its title (“Recitals”). The only problem is that the article (“the”) is missing.
Of course, you can also create a custom definition that is hardcoded to say “XXX shall have the meaning as set forth in the Recitals”.
