just noticed the “open in new window setting” does not open links in new tabs.
Trying to create some tutorial videos for my users, but do not want them to loose Q&A data when clicking on the link. At the moment, it opens the page in the same tab.

I actually have the same error when including a link in a text tile on the homepage, the settings does not seem to do anything:
